LPL Systems, Inc. was founded in 1991 to conceive and develop solutions in the design and manufacture of laser based machine tool systems for the fabrication of precision components and medical devices. Dayspring’s development team created a custom software application that replaced a paper-based system. With Dayspring’s help, operators now enter data directly into a computer instead of writing it down on clipboards. Furthermore, gathered information is stored in a relational database set up by Dayspring where it can be easily searched and analyzed. Database analysis functions include finding process parameters, identifying quality assurance trends, obtaining inspection data, and generating reports.
